Shipping/Handling Policy
Shipping Options: Standard - Priority - Rush
We ship to the USA and Canada only Via USPS & UPS. Most Credit Card
orders ship within three business days (weekends and holidays are not counted
as business days). If there is a backorder situation, order delivery time
may take longer. Total delivery time is dependant upon the shipping option
designated by the purchaser.
The shipment tracking information will be supplied to the purchaser upon
request.
CANADA ORDERS: you must select PRIORITY shipping, as shipping rates to CANADA are higher than those to the US. They also require additional transit
time.

EXPRESS & check or money order* as payment for purchases. Sorry no COD orders will
be accepted. By providing a credit card number you authorize that you are

Return Policy
All returns require prior authorization from Crafters Paper and Supply,
requests must be made within 30 days upon receiving the product. Refund
will be less original shipping charges and may be assessed a 20% restocking
fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Credits will
be issued after merchandise is received by Crafters Paper and Supply. Contact
Crafters Paper and Supply regarding shortages or damaged merchandise within
5 days of receipt of order. USPS procedures will be followed for lost or
damaged merchandise.

Discontinued Products
Discontinued products and colors may occur without any prior notice. In
the event that a discontinued product is ordered, a replacement product
will be recommended. If a replacement product cannot be located the order
will be cancelled. |
